Located under the Historical clock tower building in Paso Robles, the mysterious basement atmosphere offers a new underground hub for the central coast.  Modeled after the prohibition circa of the 1920Ôø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡s, Level 4 brings a stylish and savvy atmosphere inspired by the gangsters and flappers of the hidden subculture of the era. An environment created by the explosion of Jazz in the 1920Ôø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡s, shocked conventional thinking then and again for you today. A menu inspired by California cuisine with a French influence is complimented by using fresh non bi-product organic produce and free range proteins to create a food menu of layered  texture, taste and aroma which are all visually breathtaking. The lounge menu is a compilation of our unique and one of a kind smash up martiniÔø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡s each produced with its own distinctive, fresh fruits.  In addition, we offer an extensive wine list, full bar and an in house Brew Pub.  Following your fourteen foot descent in the elevator you are granted passage into the 7,000 square ft. speakeasy.  The Lobby is showcased by a floor to ceiling vertical glass wine wall, we call our cellar.  In the lounge you will find a lavish collection of furniture with elaborate curves and organic shapes in colors from chocolate browns to deep brilliant reds complimented by our 30 ft. brown marbled onyx bar top.  Throughout you will discover a suggestive impression modeled after the design, and stylistic era of the 1920Ôø‡Ôø‡Ôø‡s.  Come indulge yourself in our resurrected subculture of the Prohibition Era at Level 4 Restaurant & Lounge.
